This helps you to move through the problem (instead of getting stuck in it)

You see, your feelings are your subconscious minds way of communicating with you. When you feel good, your feelings are telling you that all is well. However, when you are feeling bad, your feelings are telling you that something is wrong.

When you know the secret language of feelings, you will know what your feelings are trying to tell you. And when you know what the problem is, you know what you need to do to fix it.

Online counselling sessions are:

  • 50 minutes long
  • private and confidential
  • via Zoom or telephone

The one-on-one work with me helps you to unlock the much deeper issues which are impossible to uncover on your own.

The beauty of working one-on-one with me is that I tailor the session specific to your needs so that you get exactly the type of help and support you need.

To set a realistic expectation on the time frame you are looking at to successfully achieve your desired outcome, you are looking at approximately 6 to 10 sessions. This gives us enough time to uncover and work through the issues together.
